I love missions trip! You just experience so much while you are there. You hear and feel the Lord in so may new ways. I think one of my favorite things is hearing the stories of how God is still working in our lives after the trip is over. This year Gary and his son Josh took a trip with Adventures in Missions to Costa Rica I had the amazing privilege of leading this trip. I was so blessed to get to work with Gary and Josh. Here is a story from Gary about how this missions trip is still playing a part in their lives.
"One of my favorite memories from the trip was watching my son Joshua share his testimony in front of all of those kids. It was awesome to see him as a 13 year old have the courage to share his testimony like that and I am thankful to the team for them allowing him to have that part in so many schools. He is walking with God strongly into his grade 9 year of high school. He attends a Christian club in his school (one of the only guys in it), attends his youth group at our church and he went on another youth mission trip with me to serve one of our churches in Ottawa Ontario. The mission trip to Costa Rica truly helped to cement his call to missions and church planting! We so appreciate all that this means to us!"
